Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

  • We accept returns within 10 calendar days of being delivered to you. FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY This means your return MUST be shipped out to us within those 10 days. 
  • After 10 days, we unfortunately cannot accept a return.
  • Store credit will be calculated for items purchased and does not include amount paid for shipping and handling.
  • EXCHANGES: due to the turn around time of products being so fast we do not do exchanges. When your item is returned  you will receive STORE CREDIT and from there you can purchase the item you want to exchange for OR something else!
  • In regards to shipping cost for returns: If an order fulfillment mistake was made or there is a damaged item, then we will be responsible for shipping cost. However, if your return is a request based on dislike or sizing issue then customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return.
  • The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, no stains (makeup, deodorant), no pet hair, must not smell like smoke or perfume, and must not be altered in any way. If we receive the item in any form that was listed, the item will be sent back to the customer without store credit given.
  • Accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • There will be a restocking fee applied to excessive amount of returns. If return credits are used and items are returned again repeatedly over and over a fee will be applied.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,must be reported within three days of receiving the item. Please send photos of damage via email (Ritchieluxe210@gmail.com) or text (210)392-4537for review. Once we assess the damage, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
